This page lists every cookie and browser-storage item this site can set. Strictly necessary items are used without asking because the site cannot work without them (UK PECR reg. 6(4), ePrivacy Directive art. 5(3)). In the UK, EU/EEA, Switzerland, Brazil and Turkey, or when your browser’s time zone does not tell us where you are, analytics runs only after you choose “Allow”, and “Reject” is exactly as easy; either choice lets you use the site. Elsewhere analytics is on by default and “Turn off” is one click.

The embed widget sets no cookies and loads no analytics, on our site or on the site embedding it.
Changing your choice
Use the button above. Where we ask first, deleting the tz_consent cookie also brings the question back. Turning analytics off stops it immediately and on every later page; data already collected is subject to Google’s retention, which we set to the minimum available (2 months).
